The international food and TV show "Perfect Day" takes Danish chef Claus Meyer to the west coast of Denmark to Ringkøbing Fjord and Hvide Sande

The area around the fjord of Ringkøbing is known for its numerous natural resources and the rough but also charming sea to the west. Here in the very west of Denmark is a small fishing community in the town of Hvide Sande situated midway along the isthmus surrounded by water on both sides – the North Sea to the west and Ringkøbing Fjord to the east. It is therefore no surprise that the sea is a huge part of everyday life in Hvide Sande and has been the livelihood of the population for centuries.

The famous Danish chef Claus Meyer visits Ringkøbing Fjord and Hvide Sande and prepares tasteful dishes from local ingredients and fresh fish from the North Sea.
