Many think differently when hearing the word “wellness”. Some think beauty, others fitness while others again associate the word with recreation and de-stressing.

How to define and understand wellness relates to the needs and requirements of the individual person. It is, in other words, up to each individual person how to best achieve peace of mind and which techniques and therapies are right in order to achieve complete fulfilment. If we understand the needs of our bodies it is possible to obtain contentment and harmony in both body and soul.
