The normal check-in time is 4-6 p.m. At the hostels in Copenhagen, check-in is possible from 2 p.m. With advance booking, beds are held until 5 p.m (unless notification of later arrival has been received). On the day of departure, the hostel must be left at 10 a.m. at the latest.

During peak season (1 July-15 September), the reception and phone is normally open from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. except for the youth hostels in Copenhagen which are open 24 hours. During the rest of the year, the reception and phone is always open from 8 - 10 a.m. and from 4-6 p.m, in some hostels longer.
