Bird Tower - Ølsemagle Revle - Køge

There is a bird tower behind the icecream stall at Ølsemagle Revle

The area surrounding Ølsemagle Revle is a wildlife sanctuary, a conservation area designated as an EU habitat site. All of this is due to its rich bird life during the breeding season as well as its function as resting place for thousands of wading birds from Scandinavia.

Duck species seen there are notably mallards, wigeons, teals and shelducks. Wading birds resting in the area include sandpipers, lapwings, curlews, woodcocks and greenshanks. The place is a popular excursion spot for bird watchers.
