Fishing in Vedsted Sø

Catch fish in beautiful surroundings.

Relaxing surroundings - perfect for fishing

Vedsted Lake is a small lake beautifully surrounded by trees and bushes with a view of the church and the rectory. In addition to excellent fishing for pike and perch, the lake also offers superb angling for coarse fish such as roach, and especially bream. Something quite special is that there are also crayfish in the lake.

Any form of boating on the lake is prohibited. Fishing must only take place from the shore and from the pontoon below the parking lot; a nice path allows for fishing around the entire lake. Fishing from the pontoon is recommended.

Special regulations: Baitfish may not be released into the lake but must be brought home, and fishing from and wading in front of the rectory garden is not allowed. It is only allowed to fish with a maximum of 2 rods per person.

Ice fishing is not allowed
