Østermarie Kirke

The church is erected in large stone blocks and has an unusual alter. The pulpit and the font is from the remains of an old middle aged church which is next to thhe present church. A Madonnafigur from Martin Andersen Nexø´s home is to be found in the Northern part of the church, and the triumph cross was produced by the painter Poul Hoem.
