Vorupør Beach and Sea Pool in Thy National Park

Vorupør Beach by the North Sea in Thy is a landing place for fishing cutters. Here you can see the boats being towed ashore by a hydraulic winch like in the old days.

Child-friendly beach and sea bath.

Rescue posts are located close to the beach. As something new, bathers can sunbathe, swim and play by the coast this coming summer under the supervision of Trygfonden's lifeguards in high season.

A handicap-friendly path gives everyone the opportunity to get all the way down to the water.

In Vorupør you will also find Denmark's first sea bath with a ramp, so that wheelchair users can drive completely into the water without helpers.

The rescue station in Vorupør operates all year round.
