Purpose

This will help you make desicions and help you increase your network and knowledge. 

Method

Form groups of three.

Take turns to explain a business related challenges, which you are currently faced with. 

The two others in the group must then - based on their own knowledge and experiences - help you by suggesting solutions or new ways to address the issue. 

Today’s dilemma

Purpose

To involve everyone, get participants out on the floor and to let participant talk to each other.

The exercise is useful for kick-starting a discussion and to trigger people’s commitment.

Method

Find a dilemma:
For example, “who is the most essential to create successful change; the leader or the employees?”

Dagens dilemma

Formål

At inddrage alle og få deltagerne ud på gulvet. Og at lade deltagerne tale med hinanden

Øvelsen er god til at få kickstartet en diskussion og vækket folks engagement

Sådan gør I

Find et dilemma.
Fx “hvem er mest afgørende for at skabe en succesfuld forandring - lederne eller de ansatte?”

Skriv dilemmaet ned på to stykker papir og hæng dem i hver sin ende af lokalet. På den ene står der “Ansatte” og på den anden står der “Lederne”.

DK - Ping-Pong

Formål

Samarbejde, grin og fysisk bevægelse 

Sådan gør I

Vend dig om mod ham eller hende, du sidder ved siden af og find en plads hvor I kan stå op. Den ene er nu Ping, den anden er Pong.

Ping siger nu “ping” og lader som om, han/hun skyder en bordtennisbold over til makkeren. Pong skyder den tilbage med et “pong”, og sådan fortsætter I 30-40 sekunder. Nøjagtigt som hvis I spillede rigtigt bordtennis.

DK - Kollegaskilsmisse

Formål

Perfekt øvelse til at skabe netværk og møde andre end den kollega, du allerede kender

Sådan gør I

Facilitatoren beder jer om at bytte pladser. Ganske enkelt.

Ellers risikerer I kun at tale med den kollega, I kender. I risikerer, at I ikke skaber nogen nye relationer i løbet af en hel dag.

DK - Ønskebrønden

Formål

At skabe klarhed over, hvad mødets formål er. Og at forventningsafstemme blandt deltagere og mødeholdere.

At få alle involveret i mødet fra starten - og give jer mulighed for at tale med hinanden

Sådan gør I

Alle skriver 3 ting ned, I kunne tænke jer at tage med, når mødet er overstået.

Efter et par minutter går I ud og finder en makker, I fortæller det til.
Efter 3-4 minutter finder i en ny makker at dele det med.

Formål

At dele viden og lade jeres erfaringer komme hinanden til gode.

Det gør jer ikke bare i stand til bedre at kunne træffe en beslutning. Det øger også jeres netværk og jeres viden.

På skift fortæller én af jer om en forretningsmæssig eller faglig udfordring, I kæmper med i øjeblikket.

Formål

At I kommer hinanden ved. Og at kickstarte kreativiteten

Sådan gør I

Gå sammen 2 og 2

Kig grundigt på din makker. Hvad har han på? Hvordan sidder hendes hår? Når I synes, I har kigget færdig, vender I jer om og står ryg mod ryg.

Nu skal I begge ændre 3 ting ved jeres påklædning eller fremtoning, som makkeren skal gætte. Det kan være at knappe halvdelen af din cardigan, tage den ene ørering ud etc.

Collegial divorce EXAMPEL

Purpose

The purpose of this exercise is to provide new networking opportunities for the attendees.

Many people are attending conferences with their collegeaues, which can make it difficult to meet new people.

How to use the exercise

This exercise is great to use by the beginning of the day or after a break and can be repeted during the program, which creates a dynamic athmosphere.

Purpose:

- Get the participants to explore a topic with their own questions and answers.
- Create physical energy and a playful mood.
- Start with a question before the answers given.

When:

The exercise can in principle be used anytime, but is often good as a lead up to a larger issue.

Approximately 20-30 minutes.
