Restaurant and Wine Bar Mêlée Restaurant is an intimate restaurant and wine bar, located in Frederiksberg. It is owned and operated by three friends who have named the restaurant after a Rugby term meaning something along the lines of cooperation, or teamwork. French Inspiration The cuisine is centred on simplicity, the best quality produce and a clear sense of French inspiration. The dishes are uncomplicated and timeless, spiced up by occasional experimentation and development. Not forgetting their Danish origin, the chef strives to make us of locally grown produce, as long as quality permits it. The menu is kept simple with 3-4 dishes to choose between for each course, as well as daily specials. The vast wine menu is largely French oriented, with a few Italian and Spanish additions.
