Islands Brygge
The lovely waterfront area at Islands Brygge [2] is the place to enjoy the first of Copenhagen’s harbour baths, designed by superstar architect Bjarke Ingels.
Copencabana
Shop and then drop into the pools at Copencabana [3], right next to Fisketorvet Shopping Centre [4]. These harbour baths offer you three pools and springboards of one, two and three metres.
Svanemølle (Swan Mill) beach and harbour baths
Dip in the harbour swimming waters next to [5]Copenhagen’s newest beach [5], just a short walk from Nordhavn S-train station.
The Coral Baths at Sluseholmen
Copenhagen’s newest harbour bath [6], opened in 2011 with a design inspired by a coral reef.
Amager Strandpark (Amager Beach Park)
You’ll find this 4.6km (2.9 mile) long white-sand beach [7] on the island of Amager and you can take the metro all the way there. With adjacent parkland and many small islands, this beach is a hive of activity throughout the year and a great place to swim, due to its Blue Flag [8] status.
