Tadre Mill shelter site

The Tadre Mill tent site is located on a meadow by the forest by the Tadre Mill - a water mill from the 19th century which is now a museum.  

The beautiful nature campsite Tadre Mølle consists of three cabins with space for about 20 adults. The cabins are arranged in a semicircle (openings mainly to the north) and are beautifully situated in a meadow by a stream near the forest and historic Tadre Mølle. If you wish to stay overnight at the nature campsite, please reserve all three cabins from 10.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.

ATTENTION: From 01.11. to 31.03. the water and sanitary facilities on the campsite are closed. The pitch can therefore not be reserved during this period.

RESERVATION REQUIRED:
Reservation and prepayment are compulsory. During school holidays, the pitch is reserved for walkers on a first-come, first-served basis.

FIND YOUR WAY:
Parking: The mill has a large car park 250m from the shelters. Near the mill, 100 m from the shelters, you can park temporarily and unload your equipment.

HIKING AND CYCLING TRAILS NEARBY:
- Istidsruten, cycle route 44: 100 m away at Tadre Møllevej.
- Munkevejen, cycle route 88: 100 m away at Tadre Møllevej
- Gudernes Stræde, walking and cycling route: leads 1 km past Åkandevej.
