Emphasis is given to diet, exercise and the physical setup of the workplace. Through exercises in the health centre, participants are encouraged to change their ways and lead a healthier working life resulting in more energy, higher productivity and less illness. Process Before the event, a consultant from the conference venue will help define the objectives of the meeting and their impact on the workplace.

    Return on Music is an innovative kick-off event where participants define a product’s message using lyrics and music, which they highlight in a professionally produced music video during the meeting. The concept reflects the idea that music is an important element in all aspects of modern society. Music is a powerful and unique tool with which to describe and promote a product. Music speaks to the emotions, raises the spirit, offers motivation and identification and is therefore a useful tool in generating results.

In "The Creative Space" participants work within an innovative framework where conference facilities are customised to offer inspiration and promote creativity. The concept is aimed at anyone working with concept development – from manage teams and sales departments to teachers and artist groups.

The environmentally conscious and climate-friendly concept is based on a checklist of eco-friendly criteria relevant for a 72-hour congress.
