Fælles for styregruppens medlemmer er bl.a. at de tror på vigtigheden af at Danmark også fremadrettet bibeholder sin status i udlandet som suveræn 'first mover' inden for mødedesign.

    The concept has been designed to support all kinds of events with a green and sustainable emphasis. The environmentally conscious and climate-friendly concept is based on a checklist of eco-friendly criteria relevant for a 72-hour congress. There are four general areas of interest where a basic checklist need to be in place for the congress/conference to be considered green:

    Participants are drawn into an innovative meeting universe that features more than traditional key-note speakers, group work, exhibitions and coffee breaks. Here they are presented with an array of alternative conference facility layouts and activities that provide renewed energy and increased benefits. The concept embraces all aspects of the event ranging from follow-up to theme features such as flowers, culture or nationality.

    The concept seeks to speed up meetings to create a short and intensive event. Emphasis is given to dialogue with other participants and with a panel via an interactive IT system. The concept creates a framework for the meeting that seeks to focus and enhance the professional content allowing participants to offer real-time feedback. Furthermore, emphasis is given to hosting an environmentally friendly event where health, organic lifestyle, recycling and environmental issues take centre stage.

    Getting to and around Copenhagen is easy, fast and convenient. Buses, trains, metro, bicycles, taxis, even harbour buses - there are plenty of modes of transport to choose from when navigating across the capital. This means you can fit in many more more sights and experiences in a weekend than would be possible in many other destinations.

    Return on Music is an innovative kick-off event where participants define a product’s message using lyrics and music, which they highlight in a professionally produced music video during the meeting. The concept reflects the idea that music is an important element in all aspects of modern society. Music is a powerful and unique tool with which to describe and promote a product. Music speaks to the emotions, raises the spirit, offers motivation and identification and is therefore a useful tool in generating results.
