We used participant involvement. Six months after a new strategy first was presented to the departments of Engineering and Consultancy in Rambøll Management the results of implementation where still not where they needed to be. The management team saw the need to emphasise and repeat the key-massages. This time they used Meetovation.

A survey found that managers lacked higher level of practical training in Meetovation.

By not only showing interest from the sideline, but also by directly offering co-ownership, you get closer to the customer and his or her expectations to the meeting.

We used Meetovation.  After working separately on a new digital HR system, it was time for 130 HR and IT managers and staff from Grundfos A/S to meet. Flying in from several different countries, the participants needed to work together and share their already gained knowledge to complete the HR system.

On the piece of paper it says “Employees” and on the other piece of paper it says “Leaders”.
