Søren k – named after the famous Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard, is a Scandinavian Brasserie. Scandinavian produce and recipes is the focal point of our style of food. We are awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide.

We work with seasonal produce and make an effort to use a lot of Scandinavian, Danish and local produce. Using fresh ingredients make for the best and most tasty result. We endorse the thought of organic food production, but for us the most important thing is the taste of the produce we use.

Our location in the heart of Copenhagen speaks for itself. We are placed in one of Denmark's most celebrated and spectacular buildings "The Black Diamond", in itself worth a visit.
