The hotel consists of two towers with a total of 814 bedrooms and will be awash wth Scandinavian design. The architects from 3xNielsen have designed the buildings to play with light and shade so they will look different depending on the season, light and angles.

The hotel will be an integral part of the Bella Center and will add 32 new meeting rooms including a large ballroom to the 63 existing flexible meeting rooms and four auditoriums.

The hotel will be rated as four-star and will, apart from the above, offer three restaurants, a Skybar on the 23rd floor and a large spa- and fitness centre.
