Guide Michelin Europe 2006

Frequent visitors to Copenhagen have known for years that the city is the gourmet capital of Scandinavia. The 2006 Michelin Guide has confirmed this position by awarding ten stars to the city's restaurants, more than in the rest of Scandinavia combined.

In Denmark, the world famous French Guide Michelin only evaluates restaurants within the metropolitan area.

The Guidebook uses the following ratings:

3 stars stand for "Exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey"
