Bella Sky Comwell Hotel

On May 16, four star hotel Bella Sky Comwell - the largest design hotel of Scandinavia - opens in Copenhagen’s new green neighbourhood Ørestaden. A spectacular skyscraper and striking landmark surrounded by a neighbourhood of nature and water, featuring a good mix of homes, businesses, schools, shopping, cafes and culture. Bella Sky Comwell is just 8 km from Copenhagen city centre with direct connections by both Metro and bus just 100 metres from the hotel. Designed by 3XN, Bella Sky Comwell is integrated with the Bella Center, Scandinavia’s largest venue for congresses and fairs. The hotel values quality and experiences; with a sense for individual guests’ needs and wishes, they offer everything from unique meeting facilities and excellent dining experiences, to exercise, relaxation and pure enjoyment.

Bella Sky Comwell’s two 23 story towers are described as a dancing couple in movement.
The two parallel 76.5 m. high towers incline at 15 degrees in opposite directions, creating an opening that ensures guests in all 814 designer rooms fully enjoy the wonderful view over Amager Common and the vast Copenhagen skyline. The facade’s pattern, formed by diagonal and vertical lines, provides an insulating effect from solar heat and heat loss, making the building sustainable. The hotel will be distinct with strong Scandinavian design ethic and all rooms are adorned with functional Scandinavian design and have floor-to-ceiling windows. The 23rd floor feature the exclusive sky bar and lounge designed to provide incredible views of the city and the sea. The hotel also has three restaurants and a spacious lobby bar and lounge. A wellness centre spanning 850 square metres tempts with massage, spa and fitness area. Wireless internet is free and available throughout the hotel and parking is available on the hotel premises, including parking for electric cars.
