The accomplished team of designers, architects and contractors are hard at work on converting Sophie Amalie Hotel into a new exciting hotel which is expected to open February 1st 2006. It will be an individual, warm and personal hotel with a unique location at the harbour promenade, neighbour to Copenhagen’s new playhouse and with a spectacular view of the impressive Opera house.

FRONT will appear in a modern, Scandinavian and international contemporary style. The combination of exclusive metropolitan comfort, stylish textiles in a warm colour scale and natural elements such as stone, wood and fire gives the hotel a warm and personal atmosphere down to the last detail. Sophie Amalie Hotel 6th floor

Since the hotel’s 6th floor will be renovated later on, it will still be possible to book a limited number of rooms on this floor. Furthermore, the sheds in front of Sophie Amalie Hotel are now reduced to a single layer. The inconvenience that this may have caused for the guests is thus significantly reduced.
