Traditional Danish lunch restaurants

There are plenty of places in Copenhagen to go to and enjoy a lovely lunch. If you are up for trying a traditional Danish lunch – the so called Smorgasbord – which is beautifully decorated open sandwiches mainly on rye bread, you should visit one of these restaurants:
Ida Davidsen or
Hansen’s Old Family Garden.
Eat with the In-crowd

Copenhagen has everything from exclusive Michelin-starred restaurants, to the newest and hottest design restaurants, as well as dozens of cosy cafés in the side streets and 'bridge quarters'. These often stay open until 2 in the morning, so why not go there for your night caps as well?
Umami, Grill Bar and
The Paul are just a few of highly rated places.
