Tivoli A/S and Arp-Hansen Hotel Group have reached a strategic cooperation agreement regarding Arp-Hansen's development of an exciting, new, thematic, 400-room Tivoli Hotel.

The hotel will open in 2010 in conjunction with the opening of Copenhagen's new Tivoli Congress Center Downtown Copenhagen at Kalvebod Brygge. Arp-Hansen Hotel Group took over the site on April 1, 2008, and has already planned a site development in collaboration with architect Kim Utzon.

Apart from a conference center for 2,500 guests, the plan also includes several larger and smaller conference rooms. The entire venue will have a maximum capacity of 4,000 persons.
