Organic produceDenmark is considered a pioneering country with regard to organic farming - from the western part of Jutland where healthy marsh lamb have plenty of space to romp about, and the harsh wind from the North Sea provides the muscular meat with a lovely salty taste - to the rocky island of Bornholm which is known for its organic roosters. Fresh milk is provided by the numerous organic farms spread all over the country, and small dairies produce organic cheese and butter.
