Luxury youth hostel in Copenhagen

May 2005 will see the opening of a new five star DANHOSTEL youth hostel in the centre of Copenhagen .

The building which is situated centrally at the Langebro is already a landmark in the Copenhagen skyline, and it will be refurbished during spring 2005 and open as an exciting new DANHOSTEL under the name DANHOSTEL Copenhagen City. Apart from offering the guests an exceptionally fine view over the city’s roofs, the Opera House and Islands Brygge, the building with its central location also brings attractions and sights such as the City Hall Square, the Tivoli, the Main Railway Station and the pulsating life in the centre of the city within walking distance.

The building will be refurbished during the months to come with 600-700 beds in about 200 rooms with private bathroom and toilet. The youth hostel is bound to attract lots of guests from Denmark and abroad on shorter visits to Copenhagen. The modern new hostel can accommodate all types of guests: families, singles, couples, seniors and pensioners. It will also be able to accommodate groups, school camps and similar.
A particular target group is young guests who are attracted to the central location and the chance to sleep for DKK 120.00 per night. DANHOSTEL Copenhagen City expects to open in mid-May 2005.
