 If you like to complain about a rented holiday house, you can contact The Complaints Board for Holiday House Rental. The board deals with complaints against all Danish rental agencies. It is also possible to complain, if you have rented the house abroad through a Danish rental agency, but you can only complain about houses, located in Denmark. The board solely deals with a complaint if the client has approached the distributor in question regarding the complaint at first, and the approach did not result in a satisfactory solution for the client. When a complaint is submitted to the complaints board, the applicant is to pay a fee of DKK 300,-. The fee will be returned, if the board find, that you are justified in your complaint. Complaints have to be submitted to the complaints board for holiday house rental on a special complaint form, which is available here.
