Kalvebod Bølge

Kalvebod Brygge waterfront is Kalvebod Bølge (Kalvebod Wave) that entices relaxation, activities and fun.

Kalvebod Brygge on Copenhagen's waterfront used to be very business-oriented with very little life, but that changed, with Kalvebod Bølge.

Kalvebod Bølge, which means Kalvebod Wave, is an urban space that brings the city closer to the water through waving and bending surfaces.

Across the water is Islands Brygge with its harbour bath and countless activities.

Kalvebod Bølge also has a harbour bath where you can go for a swim or a dip. The harbour bath is open 24 hours all year round.

Maritime activities

Kalvebod Bølge is an extension of the waterfront at Kalvebod Brygge. The promenade rises to different levels and stretches out into the harbour providing space for a range of water activities.

Kalvebod Bølge consists of smaller activity zones and pools with many possible sports, including kayaking.

Here you can keep your kayak or try the kayak slide. It is also possible to rent kayaks.

The wave compliments the many activities on the other side of the harbour.
