Anti-everyday life

To involve participants so that they feel they are part of something beyond the ordinary; and beyond normal everyday life

Breaking habits

Let the meeting design reflect that the celebration is something beyond the ordinary. Smukfest (a Danish festival) has the motto ‘Anti-Everyday Life’. Similarly, your meeting design should involve and engage participants in ways they do not experience in their everyday lives. They have to break free from habits of their everyday lives and let themselves be carried away by the celebration.

Everything that makes sense in relation to the celebration. Table setting, menu, decoration, entertainment etc., that can mark the celebration as something beyond the everyday routines.
