The freshness and taste of Nordic light characterize the wines that are produced gently and with perfectionist simplicity. So far organic and in the future biodynamic. Because then it can't get any better.

The vineyard is run by architects Lise and Povl Barfod, who have replaced construction meetings with soil under the nails to produce unique Nordic wines on sunny Røsnæs.
