You may rent the entire Betahuset for 24 hours, for a weekend or for a week, just as you wish.
The Betahuset has been approved to reside and accommodate 50 persons. It has 9 rooms with 20 beds and 10 folding mattresses, preferably for children.
The ground floor renders access to wheelchairs, and there is an approved bathroom for disabled persons.
The Betahuset is situated only 5 minutes walk from the ferry berth in Nordby and only 50 meters from the main street and 50 meters from the Wadden Sea.
The kitchen is set and approved as a pantry. There is a freezer, large cooling capacity, an industrial dishwasher, 2 stoves and much more. The kitchen includes complete inventory for ordinary cooking and crockery and cutlery for 50 persons. On the ground floor there are tables and chairs for 45 persons, and on the first floor there is room for 50 persons. The house is equipped with WI-FI, TV, Bluetooth loudspeakers and a sound system.
The Betahuset was erected in 1879 by Søren Abrahamsen, the owner of the shipyard, and has 350 m2. The Betahuset was gently restored in 2017 fully respecting the history of the house, however with a modern and contemporary decoration. The decoration is founded on the typical Nordic housing style being: light and airy with subdued colours, soft textiles, warm metals, lots of wood and of course Swedish wallpapers in a mix of flowers and stripes.
Moreover, the style in the house is enhanced by the sea view which you can enjoy from the big windows and from the big wooden terrace.
