Cafe, farm shop and meeting place
Organic cuisine is made in the kitchen. Everything comes from the Brewery's own farm, or their partners in the cooperation: "A part of Herslev": Flour and crispbread from Østagergaard, chocolate from Friis-Holm, pork from Birthesminde, fermented products from Kattinge Kraut, ketchup from Herslev Grønvirke and beef from their own cattle. In addition, the vegetables come from the organic farm, Stensbølgaard.
There are seven draft taps in the farm shop, with both freshly tapped beer and the beer experiments that are only produced in small quantities. The beer-menu changes once a week.
Everything they produce in Herslev you can buy in the farm shop: Flour from the fields, vinegar made on the beer, the world's best chocolate, carvings and charcuterie of Angus cattle and pig - and of course the entire selection of beer from Herslev Bryghus.
In 2019, "A part of Herslev" was nominated for the Icelandic food award Embla, in the category Nordic Food Destination 2019.
