National park wayside inn headed by Aarhus top chef

Literally located at the foot of the rolling downs of the Mols Bjerg National Park north of the city of Aarhus, Molskroen is a classic timber-framed wayside inn – with a contemporary feel. Located a stone’s throw from the quiet waters of the bay by the historic town of Ebeltoft, the restaurant is co-heading by Lasse Poulsen and Wassim Hallal, one of the nation’s best-known master chefs, who with his fusion of nouvelle cuisine and New Nordic sensibilities secured Aarhus restaurant Frederikshøj the Restaurant of the Year title in 2012.
