Children's activities and guided tour at the Cold War Museum Langelandsfort
Experience Langelandsfortet during Geopark Days - filled with children's activities, history and guided tours in scenic surroundings.
As part of Geopark Days, the Cold War Museum Langelandsfort offers a lot of exciting and educational experiences for the whole family. Become a submarine captain for a day and join an exciting guided tour during Geopark Days at Langelandsfort.
Every day (29-31 May), children can try the activity ‘Submarine Captain for a Day’, where they have to solve mysteries and puzzles, find hidden clues and make wise decisions - just like a real submarine captain. The mission will take them through the fort's exciting exhibitions, and there may be a small prize waiting if all tasks are completed.
On Friday 30 May, you can take part in a free guided tour at 11am once the entrance fee has been paid.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to experience the entire Langeland Fort. Here you can explore authentic bunkers, see cannons and military vehicles, learn about espionage and surveillance - and even board a submarine, a minesweeper and see a MIG fighter plane up close. A great experience for families and history buffs alike.
