Cycling tour of Midtlangeland

The tour goes through Fredskoven, past the Fårevejle estate, we cross the main road and cycle along small roads to Sønder Longelse and Longelse Sønderskov. We take a detour down to the beach at the end of Hjelmbjergvej, where we eat our food and take a dip, weather permitting. Then we get back on our bikes and head towards Spodsbjerg. On the way back to Rudkøbing we follow cycle route 8 and cycle through Pederstrup, Simmerbølle and Kulepile.

We cycle at 15 kilometres per hour on asphalt roads with the exception of a forest road in Næbbeskov and a gravel road south of Spodsbjerg.

We meet at Lone Bonannos Bænk on Engdraget in Rudkøbing on Saturday 21 September at 10 am; bring a packed lunch, drinks and swimwear.
