The final foyer concert of the summer offers an exceptional musical experience with the renowned classical pianist Andreas Mühlen. He was educated at the conservatories in Düsseldorf, Basel, and Moscow, and has performed on stages around the world – from major German cities to Switzerland, Austria, Italy, France, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Russia, and Hong Kong.
A highlight of his career came in June 2012, when he was invited by the Camaldoli Monastery in Tuscany to perform the Millennium Concert for the Vatican’s Secretary of State, His Eminence Cardinal Bertello.
Mühlen's repertoire is impressively broad – spanning the elegance of the Baroque, the clarity of the Classical, the depth of Romanticism, the colors of Impressionism, and modern piano music.
