Come to an exciting food lecture with Rikke Stjerne and a delicious dinner - in Hvide Sande

This is where the fish comes on the counter. We focus on the local fish in Hvide Sande, where we are visited by Rikke Stjerne from Sæby. Rikke is a food nerd, creative soul, fisherman's wife, MasterChef contestant and last but not least, Rikke has a food blog called Fiskerkonens opskrifter, where she shares culinary adventures and tasty recipes.

During the food talk, Rikke Stjerne will prepare freshly caught local fish with tastings for everyone. The evening offers inspiration and everyday tricks to get more fish into your kitchen.

After the lecture, we head to Spisestedet v/Hvide Sande Røgeri. A special menu with poached cod, white asparagus, spicy hollandaise, pommes anna and crispy Hvide Sande ham will be served, followed by rhubarb-vanilla tart with burnt meringue and rhubarb ice cream.
