Oyster bar in Ribe's pedestrian street - every Tuesday throughout the summer.
Every Tuesday from 1st July to 5th August at 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., you can find the oyster bar in front of Peking House in the middle of Ribe. Here, small, sensual oyster dishes are served with a twinkle in the eye and lots of local character.
Try, for example, “Maren Splids Hemmelighed” with hot honey, “Vægterens Godnat Østers” with fermented onions or go all in on the pure taste with “Dronning Dagmar” - natural and without frills - as well as sparkling white wine from the local Vester Vedsted Vingård and local mead from Elisa and Bennys Bigård.
All dishes are inspired by Ribe and the Wadden Sea - and are served ready to enjoy on the spot.
