Have you ever dreamed of owning your own vineyard – or would you simply like to learn more about viticulture in Denmark? Then our "Winemaker for a Day" workshop is just the thing for you!
Immerse yourself with us in the fascinating world of Danish viticulture: In this hands-on workshop, you'll not only learn the basics of theory but also get the chance to get involved yourself.
What to expect:
- The basics of viticulture in theory and practice
- From vineyard planning to the first harvest
- Vine planting and vine pruning
- Tips for your own vineyard
- Guided wine tasting with selected Danish wines
- Small breakfast in the winery and lunch on the vineyard.
Reservation required. The price is 750 DKK / person.
Please bring work clothes and sturdy shoes. Whether you're an ambitious amateur winemaker or a curious wine lover, this day will be an unforgettable experience!
The workshop will be held in English, German and a little Danish.
