Talk yourself warm

To help your participants warm-up and get a good start to the day, before addressing the actual purpose of the day.

Do this as the very first thing, before the meeting starts.

Make use of facilities

... that are placed outside the meeting room: Start in sofas, armchairs or other furniture that have a relaxing effect on participants. Use the time you find necessary for participants to ‘talk themselves warm’ in order to make them leave stressful feelings behind before the actual meeting begins.

Ideal group size

The method may be applied to groups of all sizes. The group of participants should be divided into smaller groups. Make sure that the groups are well blended.
