A former Chef of the Year with experience from Michelin-starred restaurants Formel B (Copenhagen) and Søllerød Kro (North Zealand), Daniel Kruse heads a new gourmet restaurant serving Danish smørrebrød and set lunch evening of four dishes.

Set four-course evening menus are inspired by the world but rooted in seasonal produce. Det Røde Pakhus (which means The Red Warehouse) is aptly situated in a converted heritage warehouse in the city of Rønne on the island of Bornholm.

Daniel Kruse and co-owner Troels Madsen also head two other fine dining restaurants on Bornholm, namely Christianshøjkroen (Aakirkeby) and Restaurant Molen (Nexø by the east coast).
