The combined boutique hotel, café, co-working space and concept store is located in Copenhagen’s fashionable new dockland development, Nordhavn.
Refurbished by Norm Architects, the 1918 former fishing boathouse and warehouse facility offers 10 loft-style suites, studio suites, standard rooms and a penthouse. The premise also doubles as the HQ for Danish design brand Menu and showcases their interior design universe and even features a material library.
The rapidly developing Nordhavn district will be connected to the city’s 24-hour, fully-automated metro system in 2020. Other notable design projects in the waterfront area include a converted silo designed by COBE Architects.
