The Copenhagen Food Collective (Cofoco) has been part of the city’s foodie revolution since 2004, currently with 12 bistro restaurants serving quality food experiences at affordable prices.
Much in the same vein, Cofoco now launches their first hotel. Formerly known as Hotel Copenhagen Crown, the refurbished and reimagined neoclassic hotel from the 1880s is to offer wallet-friendly accommodation with a laidback bohemian lifestyle.
Since 2018, Cofoco has been self-sufficient with sustainable energy generated by the group’s own solar park in Nees in Northern Jutland. Coco Hotel will also be powered by sustainable energy from the solar park.
Coco Hotel will include a ground floor café, lobby and courtyard. Coco Café will be open daily from early morning till midnight serving breakfast, organic coffee, light lunches and snacks in addition to organic and natural wines, beers, drinks and cocktails.
The hotel offers 90 rooms and is open from autumn 2019.
