Comwell Hotel Aarhus Dolce by Wyndham – new partnership and 198 new rooms
Comwell Hotel Aarhus opened in 2014 and offers 240 guestrooms on the first 12 floors of a 25-story landmark building. A new 15-storey annex is set to open in 2021 with additional 198 rooms as well as conference facilities, rooftop restaurant and lounge that enjoy views of the harbour.
In August 2019, the hotel joined the world’s largest hotel brand franchising company, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, adding “Dolce by Wyndham” to its name. The Dolce brand has 20 MICE-focused hotels in North America and Europe.
Enjoying a prime downtown location by the rapidly re-developing harbour in Denmark’s second-largest city, the hotel has also partners with the adjacent 1500m2 conference facility in a heritage former locomotive workshop, Centralværkstedet Smedien.
The hotel’s annex opens in 2021.
