BRØD Svendborg is a bakery and café focused on craftsmanship, ingredients, and attention to detail. The selection is kept deliberately simple, allowing each product to be developed with care and time.

Coffee is brewed from a house blend of beans sourced from Colombia, Brazil, Nicaragua, and Ethiopia. The blend is medium roasted and used both in the café and as BRØD’s signature coffee. Single-origin beans are also available, including Colombian beans in both medium and dark roasts.

The interior is open and thoughtfully designed, with solutions chosen to support a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Local suppliers contribute to a space where guests are encouraged to stay, relax, and feel at home.
