Christmas at Kalundborg Museum
Cut out hearts, paper ladders and stars in the decorated Lindegården at Kalundborg Museum. Children can hang a sock on the stocking line – perhaps the farm elf will have left something in it when they collect it.

Kalundborg Museum is housed in Lindegården on Adelgade, in the heart of Kalundborg's medieval town. In the weeks before Christmas the museum is decorated and families are invited in for Christmas crafts. See times on Museum Vestsjælland's page.
Crafts in the Christmas room
In the museum's Christmas room, templates, paper and scissors are ready for cutting traditional decorations such as woven hearts, paper ladders and stars – a lovely way to pass old traditions on to the children.
Christmas stockings and wish lists
Children, together with an adult, can bring a sock and hang it on the stocking line. When they collect it, the farm elf may have put some Christmas sweets inside. There is also a post box for wish lists to Father Christmas.
Christmas in the old town
The museum is a few steps from Vor Frue Kirke with its five towers. Combine your visit with a walk through the old streets of the upper town.
Practical information
The Christmas activities are included in museum admission, and children under 18 get in free. No registration is needed.
