Den Gamle Brandstation

This summer, life, wine and long evenings will move into the old fire station in Allinge.
From June 15 to September 1, the gates to a relaxed pop-up wine bar will open in the historic and raw setting in the middle of town – a place created for good conversations, cold glasses and summer days that can drag on a bit.
Every day, from 12:00 to 01:00, wine, local cider and beer, bruschetta and light meals are served. In the evening, the grill is lit, where local produce and seasonal vegetables set the direction for the day's menu. There is no fixed menu – just good produce, atmosphere and room for spontaneous ideas.
A limited number of places are served each evening, so it is first come, first served.
Outside, the old fire truck is standing, from which ice cream is served to passing guests in the sun, while the courtyard invites you to relaxed afternoons and warm summer evenings.
Den Gamle Brandstation is not intended as a classic restaurant or wine bar, but as a living place with room for people, music and spontaneous moments. Maybe a wine club will be created for an evening. Maybe someone will find a guitar. Maybe it will just be another one of those summer evenings that you didn't quite plan.
