Egelund event & retreat

Egelund Event & Retreat offers nourishing experiences for body and mind. We create space for peace and contemplation through flow and hatha yoga, traditional and holistic sauna massage and group sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls.

All courses are tailored to your own group - you contact me, and together we put together the experience you want.

In selected high seasons we also offer drop-in yoga classes.
