Kærlighedsstien – scenic walking path by Slotssøen
The Kærlighedsstien trail runs from Hospitalsgade through Sct. Jørgens Garden and along Slotssøvejen, with detours leading to Kolding Hotel Apartments, Slotsbanken and Fredericiagade. Redesigned in the 1990s with the completion of Slotssøbadet, the trail’s stone-dust surface blends naturally with the lakeshore vegetation. Along the way, benches invite you to rest and a viewing platform extends out onto the lake.
The path runs from Hospitalsgade through Sct. Jørgens Garden along the lakeshore and Slotssøvejen with possible detours to Kolding Hotel Apartments, Koldinghus and Fredericiagade.
The coating with Stone meal is consistent with the natural vegetation at the lakeshore. Along the path you will find several benches, and a viewing platform that goes into the lake.
