One of Zealand's best-preserved Romanesque village churches

Slaglille Kirke sits surrounded by open fields and gently rolling hills in the central Zealand landscape between Sorø and Ringsted. From Sorø, follow Ringstedvej north and turn off towards Slaglille, where the church soon appears on its characteristic hilltop. There is good parking at the church, and the site is easily accessible by car.
