Vejers Beach
On parts of Vejers Strand, it is possible to take the car to the beach, which makes it possible for everyone to get to the water.

Vejers Beach is one of the most versatile beaches on Denmark's North Sea coast, renowned for its wide sandy beach, vast open spaces and characteristic dune landscape. There is plenty of room to relax, enjoy long walks, hunt for amber or swim in the rolling waves of the North Sea. The beach is divided into a northern, car-free section and a southern section where visitors are permitted to drive right down to the water's edge, making it particularly accessible for both families and people with reduced mobility.
Bathing Point Award
Vejers Beach has received the Bathing Point Award, recognising its excellent bathing conditions, high water quality and strong focus on safety. The award makes it easy to choose a beach where both the quality of the bathing water and the overall facilities provide a safe and enjoyable experience on Denmark's North Sea coast. The beach offers toilet facilities, lifesaving equipment and lifeguards during the summer season. There is also an accessible toilet, and as driving is permitted on parts of the beach, it provides easy access for people with disabilities.
