See and learn about the Vikings’ many crafts – extraction of iron, dying with plants, production of glass beads, smithing and forging, leather- and woodworking. In the Viking Village of Jels you find Viking artisans working in the Viking workshops in the two weeks, in which the Viking open-air theatre is playing in the evenings. You can get an insight into how the Vikings worked and mastered the many crafts in daily day life and on Viking raids.
