Ballebjerg

From Nordby a road leads west to Ballebjerg that, being 64 meters, is Samsø´s highest point. From here, you can enjoy the view westward across Tunø and all the way to Aarhus. To the east, you can see the small islands Kyholm, Lindholm, Rump and Vejrø towards Zealand.

Ballebjerg Watchtower was built in 1920. Today, Nordby Citizen Association maintains the tower and the area.
